About Trudy
TRUDY MANION, M.Ed.
Mentor. Life coach. Professor of possibilities.
Are we right for each other? I’d love the opportunity to find out. To start, here is a bit about me.
I’ve been faced with many challenges in life, and have sometimes struggled to find ways to overcome them. I don’t believe in magic bullets, and I don’t have all the answers. What I do have is a passion for the exploration of what is possible in each of our lives. I love to help people recognize limiting patterns and mindsets, shift perspective and habits, and set achievable goals that prioritize their dreams. I believe in the importance of wonder, the power of self-reflection and the achievability of each of our highest potentials. I draw on the practices of positive psychology, neuroscience, yoga, meditation, and self-development through creative expression.
Growing up the sixth child of ten, I learned early in life that if I wanted something, I had to create it myself. I started college at 59, earned my M.Ed. at 64, and have a background in video and TV production for organizations including PBS-TV, The Goldie Hawn Foundation, HGTV, and the Travis Manion Foundation. I am a mother, a Kripalu yoga instructor, an unremarkable but enthusiastic pianist, a lifelong learner, a profound optimist, an avid skier and a singer in a band.
Like you, I am a bundle of possibilities, some fully expressed, some still bubbling to the surface. If you are ready to start exploring your own limitless possibilities, let’s talk. I’d love to help.
